This gentleman, who has distinctive tattoos and drives a xxxxxx, forgot to pay for a large Bonsai tree earlier today.
If anyone recognises him please inform him he needs to come back and pay for the tree, or return it, in the same condition he took it, before we escalate to a crime. The clock is ticking.
