It’s having your designated safe space a paper bag, that’s handed to you by a real person (not a chatbot) with a smile and a huge thank you.
It’s when you need to approve cookies, they’ll be super tasty from our restaurant.
It’s not having to go on your local Facebook group and asking “Does anyone recognise this front door?” Because a parcel has gone missing, again!
It’s shopping as it should be.
