Matchbox Brewery creates modern craft ales out of a micro brewery in Dallington, Northampton using a unique combination of new, traditional and experimental techniques with a focus on quality over quantity.
Over the years Matchbox Brewery have been commissioned by various film production companies to create bespoke brews for film premieres across London, bringing owner, Matt Camfield’s personal love of cinema into the business.
Matt says “We are really looking forward to showcase our beer at Heart of the Shires. Resonance Cascade is a 5% NEIPA (New England IPA) – one of the flagship recipes of Matchbox Brewery. A thick juicy haze creates notes of banana, the hops add aromas of passionfruit and tropical flavours whilst still being light on the palate.”
